A totally chill and beautiful new video from two of my favorite umich MTs. Andy Mientus & Lizzie Klemperer perform "Thunder Road" by Bruce Springsteen at a student cabaret at Michigan. Just some trivia, Andy is taking a year off from school next year to play Hanschen on the SPRING AWAKENING tour. Lizzie just finished playing Julie Jordan in CAROUSEL, the spring university production. She's also that amazing chick who sings "Missing You My Bill." Is there a genre she's not good at??! Nevs.

beautiful. kind of scratchy qual but they're amazzing.
i cannot wait to see spring when it comes to minnesota!! i'm sure the tour cast will be amazing.
I live about ten minutes south of Detroit so my theater friends and I went to see Carousel at UMich (since we put on Carousel this spring) I just remember coming out of the theater thinking "I feel incompetent. Thank God I'm Louise and not Julie so I don't have to recreate/challenge that!!" She is seriously going places with that kind of talent.
