Hey bloggers. As per request, here's a MARY POPPINS backstage blog. Hope you enjoy! We absolutely loved our time that we spent in St. Louis!

I would have to say Orpheum Theatre in San Fran was one of the most beautiful theatres I have been in on vacation to see Wicked. (although when I saw you guys in Chicago the theatre there was pretty spectacular too!)

The Cadillac Palace and Ford Oriental in Chicago are definitely amongst some of my favorite theatre spaces.

The theatre I'd like to share as being breathtaking is the Fox Theatre in Detroit. It is very India-influenced in design, and has a gorgeous chandelier hanging high over the house.

for those of us in STL and who can get on the backstage tours, where is the Mary Poppin Mural located?

It's located on the third floor ceiling. Major props to Geoff from our cast who had to paint it from below.

Andrew, you are just too adorable for words.

The Ford Oriental is definitely a gorgeous theater. Though I think my all time favorite theater is The Lyceum in NYC.

Favourite theatre where I live would be the Capitol Theatre in Sydney, Aus.
I really love the Regent Theatre in Melbourne. Both really grand old theatres with a lot of history...
Fox Theatre seems amazing though, a timeline of it's history right on it's walls.

I love the Ford Oriental theatre in Chicago and the Murat in Indianapolis. El Teatro Nacional (The national Theatre) in Guatemala City is amazing, too.
