Who knew?? I was checking my referrals yesterday and celiakeenanbolger.blogspot.com popped up. I was so delighted to see that my sister has totally started blogging without my even knowing. I'm so excited to see that all three Keenan-Bolgers now have blogs! (Maggie's is a blogger at 4th Meal productions). So check out Celia's Blog! Alysha Umphress Amazingness

Alysha gives us a delicious rendition of Jonathan Reid Gealt's "Quiet" made famous on youtube last year by Natalie Weiss. I think this is a gorgeous new interpretation of the song. Both her vocals and acting are stunning. Look out for her on the upcoming episode of THE BATTERY'S DOWN on Sunday night!

Hey guys! Check out our new Crosspatch Productions video. It's called "The Racial Back-Pedal" and it's inspired by people we've met who make racist comments and then dig themselves into an even deeper hole by backpedalling. "Damaged" (Acoustic Cover) by 2 recent Carnegie Mellon grads

I am totally living for this cover right now! It's an acoustic rethinking of Danity Kane's "Damaged" and is performed by Brittany Alexandra Campbell and Bradley Horwitz, two recent grads from CMU. I've been obsessed with Brittany's voice since I heard it ten years ago--no joke! We did A CHRISTMAS CAROL on bway together when we were little guys, and if I remember correctly, for the majority of the run we were in the throes of an adolescent showmance! See, guess I even had taste back then :D Enjoy and be sure to sub her channel!

A Great Cause!

Check out Broadway actor and recent TONY nominee, Gavin Creel's announcement of a new group of artists rallying together for equality. BROADWAY IMPACT is "community of actors, directors, stage managers, fans, and producers united by the simple belief that anyone who wants to should be able to get married." Join him, along with a slew of fancy Broadway actors, on May 17th to "educate and inspire our community into action towards equality." As an actor in these times of change, it's easy to feel like we are living passively and that our craft isn't contributing to the movement so needed in our community. That's why it's wonderful to some of the most creative and progressive minds in our field banding together and making our voices heard!
...that and also, Gavin's video is adorable and will hopefully inspire several more :D

Los Hombres de "El Cuartel's" SICK new video

The three Hombres bring us a kind of amazing arrangement of three very unexpected tunes. Girls, you might want to e-mail one of them asking for the arrangement. I've got a feeling this is going to be a new talent show standard :D

Undoubtedly my favorite video I've seen this week! Why couldn't my church have been this fun growing up. Kind of a slow start but don't jump ship, halfway through it gets UNBELIEVABLY RICH! Ugh! I want that lady in the gold dress to be my grandma!.

Single Ladies Jazzercise

Apparently I have way too much downtime in the show if it means I'm making video projects like this. But anyway, I was watching Judi Sheppard Misset's CAAAAMPY jazzercise videos with the cast and couldn't stop picturing them doing these rich lady moves to Beyonce's "Single Ladies." I posted this on the KeenanBlogger Channel, so if you're looking for it that's where it lies. I'm gonna keep putting stuff on that channel that I'm scared could possibly be deleted from UrInTown, so if you haven't subscribed to it you might want to.
