Every month I bring you a specially cultivated playlist of tunes that have inspired me over the past 30 or so days. This month (with the help of my castmates) I'm bringing you a special mixtape inspired by the plight of the newsboys. NEWSIES is filled with timeless themes and ideas that have been expressed through music since pretty much the dawn of time. Here's a collection of songs spanning 50 decades and various genres of music including folk, indie rock, pop and hip hop. They're songs about youth and revolution and standing up to political and corporate giants. I hope you enjoy!
